Presented at the Salon du Chocolat 2024 in Dubai, this project explored the intersection of fashion and gastronomy through a collaboration between ESMOD fashion designers and professional chefs. The baroque-inspired dress was constructed in textile before being entrusted to chef Benoit Dutreige, who translated its ornamental language into sculptural chocolate elements. The final look was completed with an ethereal crown crafted entirely from white chocolate, worn backstage moments before presentation.
